• STATISTICAL METHODOLOGIES DEVELOPED FOR AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH: Developed 39 statistical methodologies supporting experimental designs, genomics, multi-environment trials, and computational modeling. The methodologies includes statistical methodology for development of minimally changed factorial and fractional factorial run orders, cost effective response surface designs, experimental designs with neighbour effects for different experimental situations, Trend resistant experimental designs and run orders, designs for breeding trials, designs through algorithmic intervention, methodologies for statistical genomics, logistic regression based methodologies for classification in agricultural ergonomics etc.
• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) GENERATED: 3 Copyrights registered for statistical software systems and computational tools used in agricultural research, 12 General Public Licenses (GPLs) for R software packages enabling open-access use by scientific and academic communities.
• SOFTWARE, PACKAGES & DIGITAL INNOVATIONS FOR AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INCLUDING NATIONAL ICT PLATFORMS / DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Developed 12 R packages, including FMC (>43,000 downloads) and minimalRSD (>33,000 downloads), widely used in experimental design, optimization, and agricultural data analysis. Created 12 statistical software/information systems/AICRP databases, adopted by ICAR institutes, AICRP’s and universities for experiment planning, data management, and decision support. Designed 25 SAS Macros for specialized analytical routines in breeding, agronomy, and AICRP datasets. 7 National ICT Platforms / Digital Products were developed.
• EXTENSION AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES: Involved in mentoring and coordination for formation of three FPo/FPC two of which formed under NABARD and one formed under NAFED. Materialized MoU with one FPC. Organized a number of extension activities including scientist-farmer interactions, capacity building of farmers, demonstration, field day, kishan gosthy, kishan mela, drone demonstration, input distribution programme, awareness programme for promotion of agricultural education among school children etc.
• HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: Organized 3 international trainings for Afghan academicians, 4 CAFT programs, 1 ICAR short course, 4 ICAR-HRM trainings,1 program for ISS probationers (NSSTA & CSO, MoSPI), and 1 NAHEP-sponsored training, among others.
