The institute is headed by the Director, supported by the Scientist-in-Charge (Campus In-charge), Division Heads, and the administrative hierarchy comprising the Chief Administrative Officer and supporting staff.

Head of the institute, responsible for overall academic, research, and administrative functions.

Coordinates day-to-day campus operations and institutional management under the Director.

Head the three Schools — Crop Science, Natural Resource Management, and Animal Sciences & Fisheries.
Chief Administrative Officer
Oversees the administrative hierarchy including finance, HR, and general administration.
